Junior Shoots 6-under Today
BERLIN, Md. – Marcus Lim fired a 6-under 66 today to finish first overall at the Battle at Rum Pointe.
The junior from Malaysia, who had a 69 in the first round, had a 135, which was nine under for the tournament.
The Pioneer men's golf team shot an even-par 288 today to finish ninth overall on the Rum Pointe Golf Course.
SHU made a big improvement from its 305 on Saturday to finish +17 in the two-day event hosted by Iona College. Sacred Heart came in at 593, compared to Long Island University, which won the event by shooting 561.
