Pair of Pios compete in long jump
BOSTON – The Sacred Heart University women's track and field team competed at the ECAC/IC4A Indoor Track & Field Championship on Saturday in Boston.
The Pioneers had two student-athletes record marks on day two, as both Tara Brody and Madeline Archangelo competed in the long jump. Brody placed 15th with a mark of 5.11 meters, while Archangelo tallied a 4.90m jump to place 19th.
SHU returns for the third and final day of the ECAC/IC4A Indoor Championships tomorrow morning.
