Pioneers break program’s win record with 13th victory of season
TRUMBULL, Conn.— The Sacred Heart University women's tennis team not only got a 6-1 on Saturday, but it also broke the program win record with its 13th victory of the season. The previous record was 12 which was during the 2021-22 season. The match also marked Senior Day for Vitalina Golod and Ciara O'Toole.
The Pioneers took the doubles point and won five of the six singles.
Golod recorded her 25th career win in singles matches
Up next, the Pioneers travel to LIU on Sunday at 2 p.m.
