WHAT A YEAR IT'S BEEN

Individually,
Felix Trudeau paces the program with 19 goals and 33 points in 2025, with the start of this season standing as one of the best in team's history. The senior has already cracked SHU's single-season goal-scoring leaderboard with 15 goals in just 16 games.
Ajeet Gundarah has been a staple between the pipes in 2025, tallying 14 of the team's 18 wins while making 785 saves.
Mikey Adamson has made an impact on both ends of the ice this year, recording 24 points (10-14-24) while serving as one of the team's most utilized blueliners.
IN TEAGAN WE TRUST
First-year goaltender
Teagan Kendrick started both games in SHU's weekend series against Army on Dec. 5–6, marking the St. Albert, Alberta, native's third and fourth career starts. He racked up 55 saves over the two games, including a season-high 40 in SHU's shootout win in the opener on Friday. Kendrick has appeared in five games this season, posting a 1-2-1 record, a .920 save percentage, and a 2.31 goals-against average.
LAST TIME OUT
Sacred Heart played a tightly contested series against Army on Dec. 5–6. The Pioneers won the first game in a shootout, 2-0, following a 3-3 overtime tie. The Pios trailed twice in the third period, with Trudeau scoring twice in the frame to pull SHU even. Kendrick stepped up big in his third career start, making a season-best 40 saves to keep the Pios in the game.
The Black Knights got the better of Sacred Heart in the finale, 2-0, despite being outshot, 26-17. Army's two second-period goals proved to be the difference in another close battle. Kendrick finished the bout with 15 saves, while
Aiden VanRooyan chipped in with six blocked shots in a strong defensive effort.
SCOUTING THE COLONIALS
Robert Morris heads into Tuesday's contest with a 4-10-2 overall record, sitting seventh in the AHA with a 4-3-1 league mark (14 points). RMU is coming off a split at Air Force, which followed a win and a tie against Mercyhurst. The tie against the Lakers stands as Mercyhurst's (0-15-1) lone non-loss of the season.
The Colonials have been better on the road than at home this year, as three of the team's four wins have come away from Moon Township, Pa. Through 16 games, RMU sits near the bottom of the conference on both ends of the ice, ranking ninth in scoring offense (2.44 gpg) and scoring defense (3.75 gpg).
Junior forward Jackson Reineke leads the Colonials with six goals in 12 games this season and ranks second in the AHA at 0.50 goals per game. Freshman goaltender Charlie Schenkel anchors the RMU defense with a 4-8-2 record, a 3.13 goals-against average, and a .896 save percentage.
