Greg Zullo joined the Pioneers in January 2022 and was elevated to Senior Associate Athletics Director in August 2026. In addition to his responsibilities in internal operations for the Pioneers, Zullo was also selected as Collegiate Event and Facility Management Association Ambassador in 2026 and will serve a two-year term in the program’s leadership structure.
Originally joining the Pioneers as assistant director, Zullo was promoted to associate director in July 2023 prior to his most recent elevation. In his roll, Zullo is responsible for team travel and meals, coordinating facility scheduling and game contracts, oversight of home game day operations and Martire Family Arena rentals. In addition, he is the Sport Administrator for both men’s soccer and baseball.
A Connecticut native, Zullo came to Sacred Heart from Yale University, where he was the director of rentals and events. He oversaw all aspects of facility rentals for the Bulldogs' 25 venues. In addition, he served as the event manager for the 2018 and 2019 NCAA men's lacrosse tournament contests at Yale as well as the 2018 Ivy League baseball championship and the 2019 Ivy League men's and women's basketball tournaments.
Zullo got his start at Yale in 2017 as an athletic operations assistant, acting as the event manager for over 50 games per season. In addition, he assisted with coordinating travel for Yale's 35 varsity teams.
Zullo earned a bachelor's degree from Southern Connecticut State in 2017 and added a master's at SCSU two years later. He was a member of the Owls' baseball team, earning All-Region and All-Conference honors as well as a spot on the Commissioner's Honor Roll.
