Wooding enters his second season as an assistant coach for Sacred Heart Football team in 2025. He primarily works with the tight ends.
A native of Norwalk, Conn., Woodring was a standout player at Middlebury College on the Panthers' football and baseball teams. He was a three-time All-NESCAC offensive lineman who served as team captain on the Panthers' 2019 championship team that went 9-0. Woodring also excelled in the classroom as a three-time NESCAC All-Academic Team selection and CoSIDA Academic All-District honoree.
He graduated from Middlebury with a bachelor's in economics and a minor in mathematics. He recently just obtained his Master of Physical Education from Springfield College in May of 2023.
