
Connor Donnelly Honored With John Croffy Outstanding Leader Award

FAIRFIELD, Conn. – Senior men's golfer Connor Donnelly was honored with the John Croffy Outstanding Leader Award at the 25th Annual Campus Life Leadership Awards on Tuesday night. The award is the highest individual honor given at the CLLAs to the Sacred Heart underclassman who is considered the most outstanding leader on campus.
Donnelly is the first student-athlete since 2007 to receive the award. He was recognized as an exemplary representative of the Athletic Department and the SHU community overall during his four years at the school. As the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee President for two years and an Executive Board member for four years, Donnelly has led numerous initiatives, fundraisers, and community service efforts. Outside of athletics, he is a SRSA at Roncalli Hall and has been on the Dean's List every semester in Marketing and the Honors Program.
