Weather Necessitates Schedule Change For Final Regular Season Series

The final regular season series of the year for Sacred Heart baseball has been adjusted due to the impending rain in the forecast for the weekend. The Pioneers host LIU Brooklyn at the Ballpark at Harbor Yard.
The team's will now play a nine inning game beginning at 1 p.m. on Friday. The squads will then play at noon on Saturday, a double header featuring two seven-inning contests. The series will be completed on Sunday, May 22, with a 1 p.m. first pitch.
The Pioneers will celebrate Senior Day on Sunday prior to first pitch. The ceremony is scheduled to begin at 12:30 p.m. Changes to the start time may necessitate a change in the ceremony start time.
