Men’s Soccer Ranked Eighth in East Region selected by United Soccer Coaches

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The Sacred Heart University men's soccer team was ranked eighth in the east region Tuesday morning selected by United Soccer Coaches.
SHU has not been regionally ranked since 2010, when they were ranked second in the North Atlantic Region and received national votes.
The Pioneers are coming off a four-game winning streak – all shutout victories.
A total of nine Pios have contributed to the SHU's offense with goals. First year Ivan Morcillo leads the Pioneers with three goals and one assist.
SHU heads to Yale this Saturday, Sept. 21st, at 5:00 p.m. The Pios will face MAAC competition Sept. 28thwhen they face Niagara at home.
