Four Pios Earn All-AHA Distinction

Trudeau, Adamson, Sansbury, Gundarah Honored
BOSTON, Mass. – The Sacred Heart Men's Hockey Team, which advanced to the conference semifinals last weekend by taking two of three from Air Force, has placed four on the 2024-25 Atlantic Hockey America all-conference list.
Junior forward Felix Trudeau (Terrebonne, Que.) and junior defenseman Mikey Adamson (Quincy, Mass.) were second-team picks, while senior defenseman Hunter Sansbury (Lomita, Calif.) and freshman goalie Ajeet Gundarah (Richmond, B.C.) earned third-team status. Gundarah also made the AHA all-rookie team.
Trudeau, a Hobey Baker candidate, leads the team with 15 goals and 38 points, including seven power-play tallies. He was AHA Player of the Month for December, earned player of the week once and made the CT Ice All-Tournament squad.
Adamson, who established a school record for blueliners with 11 goals, notched 26 points and a team-best four game-winning tallies to date. He has been AHA Defenseman of the Week three times, made the CT Ice All-Tournament team and is a semifinalist for the Walter Brown Award.
Sansbury owns the AHA record for blocked shots with 316, including a team-high 93 this winter to go along with six goals and 20 points. He was conference defenseman of the month for November.
Gundarah, coming off a 113-save weekend, leads the league and all freshmen Division I goalies with a 1.85 goals against and a .937 save percentage.
The Pios host Bentley at Martire Family Arena this weekend in the AHA semifinals, a best two of three series with a Friday 7 p.m. start. Saturday is a 5 p.m. puck drop and Sunday would be the same if it's needed.
