• Had five groundballs and three caused turnovers in win at Mount St. Mary’s on April 1
• Scored a goal in SHU’s overtime win over Saint Joseph’s on April 15

• Played in all 16 games, starting 15
• Had four ground balls and two caused turnovers in 10-8 win over Dartmouth on Feb. 20
• Had an assist against Air Force on Feb. 28
• Caused three turnovers with three ground balls against Mount St. Mary's on April 2
• Had three ground balls in three other games

2015:

• Second Team All-NEC
• Played in all 13 games
• Second on the team in groundballs (31) and caused turnovers (14)
• Had six groundballs and two caused turnovers in 21-17 win over Vermont on March 14
• Caused three turnovers with six groundballs in 14-11 win over Lafayette on March 17
• Had four groundballs and two caused turnovers at Mount St. Mary’s on March 28
• Scooped three groundballs and caused two turnovers in 9-8 win at Wagner on April 18.

2014:

• Played in all 15 games, starting 13 of them
• Had five groundballs and three caused turnovers in the season opener against Binghamton on Feb. 16
• Caused two turnovers against High Point on Feb. 22
• Had three groundballs against Dartmouth on March 1 and at Stony Brook on March 11
• Recorded three caused turnovers at Vermont on March 22.

Before SHU - Played both varsity lacrosse and hockey in high school. He was team captain of the lacrosse team and won the defensive MVP twice. He was a part of a Section 2 championship and receieved honorable mention for the All-League team.

Personal - Full Name: Chase Robert Godfrey. He is the son of Mark and Shelly. He is majoring in Accounting. His favorite sports team is the Pittsburgh Penguins. His two favorite professional athletes are Sydney Crosby and Martin Brodeur. He likes the movie Step Brothers and his favorite TV show is The Office. He likes Japanese food. His role model is his father and he would like to have dinner with Wayne Gretzky.
