High School - Rhett played Varsity football and baseball. He was named captain and made the All-Conference and All-Leagues teams. His football team won the Jersey Shore Gridiron Classic. 

Personal - Born on July 20 1990. His parents are Bill and Barbara Cowley. He has three siblings; Drew, Maeve, and Trevor. He is majoring in Business Administration. He likes the New York Jets and his favorite athletes are Lebron James and Darelle Revis. His favorite book is The Great Gatsby. He likes the TV show Entourage and his favorite movie is Goodwill Hunting. His favorite food is a bacon cheeseburger. His role model is his father.
