SHU Tennis Topped By Quinnipiac, 5-2

Fairfield, CT – The Sacred Heart men's tennis team lost all three doubles matches and four singles matches, dropping their third straight NEC match to conference rival Quinnipiac, 5-2. SHU is now 2-3 in the Northeast Conference.
Justin Pagan (Flushing, NY) and John Lopresti (Syosset, NY) earned the two victories for Sacred Heart. Pagan was victorious at the #2 spot, defeating Fahoum Fahoum, 6-3, 3-6, 6-1. Pagan improves his singles record to 7-6 this season. Lopresti defeated Alex Lazerowich at the sixth spot in straight sets, 6-4, 6-4.
SHU ends the season with three road matches next weekend, starting Friday afternoon at 2:00 at Monmouth.
