BRONX, N.Y. — The Sacred Heart University baseball program was shut out 10-0 by undefeated Fordham on Wednesday.

Of Note:
- The scoring for the Rams started early with five runs in the first inning.
- Trevor Fagan, Isiah Daubon and Justin Jordan contributed to the four hits for the Pioneers offense, with missed opportunities to score with six batters stranded on base.
- Fagan with his single in the game, upped his hit streak to two on the year.
- Despite the numerous early runs, the Pioneers garnered five short and sweet innings in the third, fifth, sixth, seventh and eighth.
- The bullpen for the Pioneers was in full swing with six men in the rotation, starting with left-handed pitcher Chase Jeter who opened the first one and two-third's innings with two strikeouts and was relieved by Michael Attonito in the second.
- Brendan Coffey and Jack Bebbington each contributed for one inning, with Coffey striking out one and Bebbington with two.
- Michael Boyian pitched two innings for his first time on the mound and had no hits and a single strikeout.
- Nick Jaskolski closed out the ninth inning with one hit and three strikeouts in the Pioneers' 10-0 loss.
