Women’s Tennis Blanked at Army

WEST POINT, N.Y – The Sacred Heart University women's tennis team fell to Army in the season opener at West Point Saturday afternoon, 4-0.
At No. 1 singles, first year Ola Bartyzel won her first set but was unable to finish. Same with sophomore Malena del Olmo at No. 6.
Aina Garriga Martinez and Bartzyl battled through a tie breaker at No. 1 doubles but ultimately fell 7-6 (4).
The Pioneers are home February 9 to face Stonehill at 5:30 p.m.
