WEST POINT, N.Y. - The Sacred Heart Women's Tennis team closed their New York trip by falling 4-0 to host Army on Saturday afternoon.

Depsite losing the doubles point, at #3 doubles Savita Bagirathan and Olivia Zuba defeated Olivia Manson and Allison Harris of Army 6-4. At #2 doubles, Kailin Gochna and Kiah James narrowly fell to the duo of Emma Sy and Vennmukiil Mathivanan of Army 7-5.

In singles play, Army clinched the match with wins at #3,4 and 6 singles. Sophomore Ola Irla Bartyzel was up a set at No. 1 singles with a 6–2 first-set performance, while Olivia Zuba splits sets at #5 singles when the match was clinched.

The Pioneers are back in action on February 1st at 5:15 when they face the University of Rhode Island at the Tennis Club of Trumbull.
