2012: Started 14 games for the Pioneers, notching a .462 ERA in 87.1 innings pitched. He also was 24-97 at the plate with 11 RBI's. He led the team with 7 wins and 66 strikeouts on the season. He was named to the All-NEC Tournament, tossing a complete game in a NEC Tournament win over Central Connecticut - 2 ER, 9 K, 7 H.

2011...9-3 record with a .455 ERA…led the Pioneers in wins (9), strikeouts (46), and innings pitched (95)…Tied for first in NEC with 9 wins, 1st with 92.2 IP before NCAA Regionals..Pitched three straight complete games to record wins 4-6 of the season…Also pitched a 1 run complete game to defeat Long Island in recording his 9th and final win of the season on 5/20/11…Named to the All-NEC second team...Named to NEC All-Tournament Team - Complete game win in 10-1 game 1 victory over Long Island.  won seven straight going into Clemson Regional...Named to New England Intercollegiate Baseball Association All-Star team.


 2010: Named NEC Rookie of the Week 3/9 for 1.2 inning save over St. Bonaventure in collegiate debut...Pitched three innings for save in win over UCONN 3/20...Named NEC Pitcher of the Week for 8 inning effort in first collegiate win at LIU 4/11...Named NEC Pitcher and Rookie of the week for three-hit complete game shutout over Wagner 5/9...Named to All NEC Tournament Team

Personal: Troy Alex Scribner.  Born 7/2/91.  Family, parents David and Gail, brothers Evan and Miles - Evan plays in the San Diego Padres' system, drafted by Arizona out of CCSU in 2007.  Major: Communications Technology.  Favorite Team: Yankees.  Favorite Athlete: Derek Jeter.  Favorite Movie: Crash.  Favorite TV Show: Tosh.0  Favorite Band: Foo Fighters.

Before SHU: Played four years baseball for coach Scott Werkhoven at Shepaug Valley High School, named first team All League and All State.  Also played four years basketball and soccer.
