William Wibmer and Lefteri Apostolou grab a win at first doubles
QUEENS, N.Y. – The Sacred Heart University men's tennis team dropped a 4-0 non-conference match at St. John's on Tuesday. The Pioneers drop to 6-13 on the year.
William Wibmer and Lefter Apostolou won 6-4 at first doubles, but the Red Storm took both second and third doubles, 6-3.
St. John's went on to win at second, third and fourth singles. The team's played to clinch which left first, fifth and sixth unfinished.
The Pioneers close out the regular season at NJIT on Thursday before competing in the Northeast Conference Tournament on April 14-16.
