Men’s Tennis Falls in NEC Quarterfinal To SFU

Pioneers secured the doubles point
WEST WINDSOR, N.J. – The Sacred Heart University men's tennis team saw its season come to a close with a 4-2 loss to Saint Francis University Northeast Conference Quarterfinals Friday evening.
The Pioneers came out strong in doubles play securing the point to take an early 1-0 lead. At No. 1, Lefteri Apostolou and Enrique Laennec-Baffrey secured the 6-4 win over the Red Flash. Antoine Hernandez and Charlie Levinson secured the 6-3 decision at No. 3 to secure the point.
In singles play, Laennec-Baffrey secured the No. 3 point defeating Alan Gonzalez 7-6, 6-4.
