Quinnipiac Defeats Men’s Tennis

TRUMBULL, Conn. - The Sacred Heart men's tennis team fell to Quinnipiac 7-0 at the Tennis Club of Trumbull.
The doubles point was tightly contested. The Bobcats won at No. 1 in a tiebreaker, and in the No. 3 position, SHU's duo of Connor Liona and Brennan Hart-Nova was tied at 6-6 and headed to a tiebreaker when the match was stopped.
Two of Quinnipiac's singles victories came in three sets and a third was won in a super tiebreaker.

The Pioneers play a midweek match at Fordham on Wednesday at 2:30 p.m.
