How It Happened
Bryant jumped out to an early lead with three runs in the first and another in the second before Sacred Heart responded in the third inning.

CJ Nolan singled and later scored on a single from Ryan Rey, while Kyle Cincinnati followed with a single and Peter Link drew a walk to load the bases. Will Rudolph then singled to bring home Cincinnati and Rey, and after Gavin Donohue walked, Rice delivered a single to score Rudolph and Link, capping a five-run inning.

Bryant answered with a run in the third and broke the game open with four runs in the fourth, followed by two more in the fifth and one in the sixth.

Sacred Heart continued to battle, adding a run in the fourth when Rey and Cincinnati singled before Jacob Schmutz drove in Rey with a sacrifice fly.

The Pioneers mounted another rally in the seventh as Schmutz and Rudolph singled and Gavin Donohue drove in Schmutz with a base hit. Rice was then hit by a pitch to load the bases before Nolan delivered a two-run double to score Donohue and Rudolph. Rey followed with a double of his own, bringing home Nolan and Rice to cap another five-run inning.

Bryant added two runs in the bottom half of the seventh and secured the win.
