Men's Tennis Falls to Brown

PROVIDENCE, R.I. — The Sacred Heart men's tennis team fell 7-0 to Brown University on Saturday at the Pizzitola Sports Center.
Brown secured the doubles point with wins on all three courts to take the early 1-0 lead. Sacred Heart's teams battled in each match, highlighted by a competitive effort from the pairing of Paul Goncalves and Brennan Hart-Nova at No. 2 doubles that finished 7-5.
In singles play, the Bears maintained control across the lineup, earning straight-set victories on all six courts to clinch the match.
The Pios look to bounce back on Saturday March 21st as they host Merrimack at the Tennis Club of Trumbull for Senior Day.
