2013:
- Appeared in 56 games in his debut season for the Pioneers
- Batted .282 with 21 RBI and 10 walks in 177 at bats
- Made his SHU debut on March 1st, 2013 against the University of Louisiana-Lafayette
- Smacked three hits and drove in three runs in a 9-1 win over Fordham on March 17th
- Medina was named NEC Rookie of the Week after going 5-7 with four RBI and four runs scored at the Frankie Frisch Invitational in the Bronx
