The Sacred Heart University women's lacrosse team dropped a 21-5 decision to Northeast Conference host Robert Morris University, Friday afternoon. The loss drops the Pioneers to 2-13 overall and 2-4 in league play, while the Colonials improve to 8-8 on the season and 4-2 in NEC action.

The Pioneers wrap-up the 2018 season on Sunday, when they play at Saint Francis University.

Hanna Wise opened the scoring, netting an 8-meter goal 62 seconds into the contest
RMU tied the score 40 seconds later, with its first of a seven-goal run, that put the Colonials in front, 7-1
Alyssa Pearce scored her first goal of the game, on a pass from Nicole Holer with 13:57 remaining before halftime
RMU took a 10-3 lead into the intermission
Pearce opened the second-half scoring at the 26:13 mark
RMU answerd quickly once again, scoring 33 seconds later as the Colonials scored 10 unaswered goals
